Development and implementation of corporate digital network with integration of services

Customer: State Unitary Enterprise “Vodokanal Saint-Petersburg”

Project Period: 2001-2004 years

Project Performance: 

  • Design, construction, installation and commissioning of the system. Maintenance of communication systems.
  • Construction of fiber-optic communication lines (FOCL) for over 150 km, including supply and installation of digital telecommunication equipment from leading world vendors.
  • Structured cable systems, multimedia systems and video conferencing systems were provided for administrative and technological buildings.

This project was a technological breakthrough for the customer telecommunication infrastructure and resulted in significant cost savings in enterprise communication. All main enterprise facilities were united in corporate network: more than 100 objects on the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region with more than 4000 subscribers. Development of Integrated Security System

Customer: State Unitary Enterprise “Vodokanal Saint-Petersburg”

Project Period: 2010-2016 years

Project Performance:

  • Development of "Security Concept for "Vodokanal of St. Petersburg".
  • Complex of works: design, construction and integration, mounting perimeter and indoor video surveillance systems, intruder alarm equipment, access control systems, including biometric systems for the customer’s objects.
  • Central Post of the enterprise security systems monitoring was created.
  • Integration of video surveillance systems and alarm systems into a united system.
  • Development of training programs for the enterprise personnel.

More than 60 company’s premises were  equipped with security systems; more than 700 video cameras were installed; more than 100 Central Security Posts were equipped, the total length of the perimeter protection system was above 110 km. The customer got the significant reduction of human factor influence on their objects. They got reasonable economy effect due to head cutting of the personnel from physical security department. They got real-time collecting and processing of information from all their security systems on all local objects. Increasing the level of quick response to emergency cases. Ensuring a high level of anti-terrorist protection for their critically-important city object.

Refurbishment and enlargement of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Bzugu

Customer: Department of capital construction of the Sochi city

Project Period: 2012 year

Project Performance:

  • Development of project documentation for security systems and communications.
  • Turnkey solution for automated control system, structured system of engineering systems monitoring, system of engineering structures monitoring and control systems for emergencies were developed.
  • The integrated approach to automation has been applied during STP reconstruction: all technological units equipped with control systems were combined by annular fiber optic line and constitute now the distributed control system with a single control point.

Upgrade of communication systems and automated control systems of engineering systems Surgut Hydroelectric Power Station (HPS)-2

Customer: Branch "E-ON Russia" Surgut (HPS) - 2

Project Period: 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015-2018 years

Project Performance:

  • Dispatching and technological switches Aastra MX-ONE were installed.
  • Working documentation was released, equipment supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the automated system of technological information exchange with network operator automated system were provided.
  • Technical renovation of engineering systems network centers and technical expertise of technical means for object safety (TMOS) were provided.
  • Upgrade and reconstruction of the TMOS for the Railway Check Point.
  • Development of design-estimate documentation for upgrade Data-center technical means of safety.

The task of ensuring the safety and antiterrorist security for object of fuel and energy complex was solved. System for  prevention of  penetration into the object violators and alert system for  violation of access control were deployed Data center was transferred to new location, and efficiency of data center operations was improved. Expansion opportunities for the security system were tailored to the requirements of uninterrupted round-the-clock work.

Complex of communication systems, fire safety systems and technical means of security for JSC "South-West Heat Electropower Station (HES)"

South-West HES  was one of the most modern technological energy enterprises in Russia at the moment of its opening. Total area of the station is 24,2 hectares. Integrated security system includes access control system, CCTV, intruder alarm and master clock system. Fire security system includes fire alarm and warning system and evacuation management.

OBJECTS OF TRANSPORT INFASTRUCTURE

Reconstruction of Adler Airport for Olympic Games 2014 in Sochi

Customer: Sochi International Airport

Project Period: 2014 year

Project Performance:

  • Development of working documentation, construction, installation and commissioning work for the FGS special communication node in VIP terminal of the airport.
  • Construction of the structured system for monitoring and control of building construction and engineering systems for airport.

Complex of technical means for the control of engineering structures built on the basis of an extensive network of inclinometers installed in critical nodes of the airport terminal. Complex includes more than 100 control devices of domestic production. All high altitude works were made in the environment of the on-going operations of all airport services without obstructions for passengers and airport staff. Sochi airport after the reconstruction has become not only one of the largest, but also was recognized as the best regional airport in Russia.

Reconstruction of Pulkovo I Airport, Construction and service of Pulkovo III Airport

Customer: Northern Capital Gateway Consortium (Public-Private Partnership Agreement)

Project Period: 2012-2014, 2015 years

Project Performance:

  • Construction of a communication node of the Border Service of FSS in new terminal. Technical renovation of the runway, including equipment supply and construction-mounting works.
  • Turnkey solution for Structured System for Monitoring and Control of Building Construction and Engineering Systems, including development of project documentation and implementation for the new passenger terminal and the base aircraft maintenance at the airport.
  • Development of design and working documentation for upgrade of a special communication node of the Border Service of FSS.

Scope of the work: 10 buildings, including airport terminal, business center, hotel, multilevel parking, gallery, starting and main fire brigade station, energy center, operational service building and electrolighting flight support. The service support of structured System for Monitoring and Control of Building Construction and Engineering Systems is provided for 5 buildings: maintenance center, garage, washer and two transformer substations. This project allowed to increase the airport’s capacity for international routes.

Construction of the Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg "Marine FaÇade"

Customer: Passenger Sea Port of St.Petersburg

Project Period: 2008-2012 years

Project Performance:

  • Construction of communication system, security and fire protection systems. Technical means of security system and special control from state regulatory authorities were installed.
  • Structured Systems for Monitoring and Control of Building Construction and Engineering Systems were provided.
  • Upgrade and commissioning of the complex engineering structures and systems of transport security for the marine terminal.
  • Additional equipment to the existing surveillance system and data storage were constructed.
  • Service support and operation of the complex security systems.

One of the largest investment projects in St Petersburg. Along with the traditional systems (low-voltage security systems and life support systems) the Structured System for Monitoring and Control of Building Construction was implemented for the first time in St. Petersburg. The output of monitoring data on the parameters of the stress-strain state of structures is carried out to the operator’s workplace in Sea Port and with immediate transmission to the Emercom Crisis Management Center (CMC) in St. Petersburg.

OBJECTS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES and SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTES

Development of the enterprise communication network

Customer: "Kirovsky Plant"

Project Period: 1999-2006 years

Project Performance:

  • Design and construction of the system that includes the optical transport network with data exchange, digital PBX network with a total capacity of more than 3000 subscribers, structured cable systems in the subsidiaries of "Kirovsky plant".
  • Mounting of the system of unified processing of voice messages, DECT system, wireless access networks for technological processes in the subsidiaries premises.
  • Maintenance of installed communication and data exchange systems.

Key point of this project was to switch all enterprise subscribers from analog automatic telephone exchange to digital PBX without interrupting the on-going operations.  Re-switch process to new PBX was provided step by step. Interaction between two PBXs: old and new one was achieved by universal digital Protocol Converter "T7" (produced by "TELROS").

Project Period: 2008-2009 years

Project Performance: Design and construction of communications and security systems, including: access control system, security systems, video surveillance systems, alarm systems and fire alarm.

Design of the video surveillance systems

Customer: "Kirishinefteorgsintez" (Oil Refinery Plant)

Project Period: 2011 year

Project Performance:

  • Design of video surveillance systems, that provide video monitoring of technological equipment and territory of the oil refinery plant.
  • Training of TMOS specialists and security personnel.

Video surveillance systems were developed on the base of the modern IP solutions. The control of the movement of all vehicles on the plant territory was provided thanks to the installation of video cameras at heights up to 50 meters.

OBJECTS OF POWER AUTHORITIES

Construction of the mobile unit for emergency control for EMERCOM of Chechen Republic

Customer: Central Department of EMERCOM of Russia in Chechen Republic

Project Period: 2013 year

Project Performance:

  • Design and manufacturing of Mobile Unit (MU) that performs the functions of a mobile communication node and mobile systems for emergency and operational control.
  • Integration of all installed communication systems and data exchange of the mobile unit with the multi-service network of EMERCOM of Russia.
  • Training of the specialists operating MU.

MU combines the functions of mobile intelligence complex, operational headquarter  and  multifunctional conference center. MU provides situation control in the area of emergency, workplaces for the operational group and all types of communication. MU operator’s workplaces are identical to the workplaces at the CMC EMERCOM (numbering plans, file and mail services, etc.) The deployment time for MU is less than 15 minutes. The number of specialists involved in the deployment and maintenance of MU is only 2 people (driver and engineer).

Development of the communication system for the Emercom Crisis Management Center (System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies) in Saint-Petersburg

Customer: Central Department of EMERCOM of Russia in St. Petersburg

Project Period: 2010, 2011-2012 years

Project Performance:

  • Upgrade of communication systems and IT infrastructure: supply and installation of digital PBX "T7", produced by TELROS, installation of special communication system, multimedia system, renovation of communication lines and server hardware.
  • Development and implementation of a system for monitoring of security infrastructure in subway, on railway stations and bus station in St. Petersburg from threats of natural and technogenic character. Installation and commissioning of hardware and software of own production.
  • Interface and integration of software and hardware solutions with existing segments of the system of protection against threats of natural and technogenic character and information systems of Crisis Management Center (CMC) in St. Petersburg.

In the monitoring system were enabled: a subsystem of chemical and radiation control, CCTV, software and hardware support system for decision-making in the CMC of EMERCOM in St. Petersburg. Mobile Unit of Automation Means (MUAM) was developed and it created the unified  information exchange environment for operational groups involved in liquidation of emergency situations, provided the intelligence process and information support to the local staff  deployed on the point of emergency.

Construction of  hardware/software for the special purposes communication network during Olympic Games-2014

Customer: Federal Guard Service of Russia

Project Period: 2013-2014 years

Project Performance:

  • The following works were executed: project design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning of hardware components of special communication nodes.
  • Integration of these special communication nodes into network of the national telecom operator "Rostelecom".

The scope of the works included all main Olympic objects, among them are: the Central Stadium, the Big Ice Arena, the Ice Palace of Sports, the Indoor Skating Center, the Media Centre, the Bobsled and Luge complex, the Ski and Biathlon stadium, the Mountain Olympic Village "Rosa Khutor".

Complex of engineering systems within the building restoration of the Cathedral Feodore Icon of the Mother of God in memory of the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty

Customer: The Cathedral Feodore Icon of the Mother of God

Project Period: 2007-2013 years

Project Performance:

  • Design and installation of the object engineering systems.
  • Installation of fire suppression systems for church domes, installation of internal fire-prevention water pipe and automatic fire alarm, warning systems and evacuation management system, thunderbolt protection of bell tower.
  • Construction of new heating systems, mounting of individual heat station, water supply and sewerage systems, heating and ventilation, including the construction of floor heating.
  • Installation of CCTV, access control system, radio, multimedia, electrical and lighting, architectural lighting of facades.

All engineering networks within the cathedral and around were in critical condition and thus not consistent with the original purpose of the object, as in previous time were constructed for factory purposes and has exhausted its resources. Most of the engineering systems were designed and erected anew, in parallel with the ongoing restoration work. Project implementation demanded the maximum accuracy and delicacy from TELROS specialists: integration of modern systems had not to disrupt the architectural - artistic forms of the building.

Construction of engineering systems for Krestovsky Stadium/ Zenit Arena  for  FIFA Worldcup Russia 2018

Customer: Government of St. Petersburg, Municipal Construction Committee

Project Period: 2016 year

Project Performance:

  • Full range of works: supply, construction, installation and commissioning of cooling systems for the stadium, automation system for control and regulation of parameters for cooling system.
  • Pre-design inspection, development of working documentation, approval with General Contractor and the Customer and installation of perimeter security systems for the stadium, including video surveillance, burglar alarm and lighting.
  • Design work for indoor video surveillance systems.
  • Cabling of fiber-optic communication lines in the stadium bowl as part of the structured cable system (SCS).

Cooling system was developed as integral unit that provides cooling for central air conditioners, fan coil units for stadium and refrigeration equipment for technological air conditioning in operational service buildings. Refrigerating power stations of 7 MW and pipeline with length of 50 km. Cooling systems with variable flow and ecologically safe refrigerant R-134a provide highly effective  cooling with reasonable energy savings. SCS: optical fiber cabling with length of 23,5 km; about 10 000 welding optics joints. SCS provides the information exchange and staff coordination in normal and emergency operation.

  • Installation of automation systems for engineering systems for the "Rescue Technical Center".

"Roza Khutor" Resort - the biggest object of Olympic Games - 2014. All requirements of the International Olympic Committee, the International Ski Federation and athletes  were taken in consideration during construction. The project was implemented in the shortest possible time and significantly increased the level of security and comfort for guests.
